    How do u remove clock and date from bottom right corner in the task bar?

    Right click on clock, select properties, turn off clock, then ok.

How do I out the clock and date on the desktop . they are on the task bar but I want on the desktop its self I have windows 7 IE
As the title says I cannot see the date when hovering over the clock in the task bar. I see a very brief flash of what could be the date only. Any help appreciated.
