I am not a premium user in rapidshare.com,so i can't download this beautiful blue theme. Can anyone post another link for me to download? Thanks in advance.
use the free user dial on the left handside of the download link page
i click free user button for many times, but always appear “
Currently a lot of users are downloading files. Please try again in 2 minutes or become a Premium member”.
who can upload the file to another free space and post the connection for me to download. Thanks in advance.
I'm getting that same message, but I will periodically try again. Pauliewog, beautiful looking theme, which I look forward to using.....will match nicely with my Firefox Gradient icool theme.

Guys, if you can't come right with Rapidshare, you can grab the direct download here.

It looks nice, but how do you change your cursor to the cursors in the theme?

That's a simple process there. How do I change my Windows mouse cursor? gives a full guide there.

You simply go into the Control Panel>Mouse sub and bring up the properties screen where you can select from the options or browse to a folder where you have downloaded some to.

The one thing noticed about the cursors is they seem to be the same as what comes with 7. But that can be useful for customizing a previous version with a dual boot setup.
