Windows Dream Scene at Win 7.

Hello everybody, I have not seen a thread with Windws Dream Scene discussion and that's why I post this one. Sorry if I missed it.

I think anyone know , what the Dream Scene is. If someone don't know you can read about that here. (This is one of Windows Vista Extras pack, that allow you to set a video to you desktop like wallpaper.)

Can somebody tell me can I do something like that on Seven?

They removed it for Win 7. They dropped a few items such as Windows Mail.

If you still want this feature, why not try: Stardock.com - Your Edge In Software

there are a few things running around on the net to enable these in 7... not sure about the new new builds, but supposedly worked for 7000... there is an x86 and 64 version of the files that i found... just yet to try them out.

7077 build here. I did the above hack and got an h264 mkv movie playing (by renaming it to wmv).
However no matter which movie I play, if its made to fit to screen with aspect ratio (because my resolution is 1900 by 1200 and these films only have 1080 vertical pixels the video can be stretched to fit vertically. Which distorts it, so I need to select aspec ratio) There is a distorted colour bar at the bottom of the video always.
The rest of the video plays fine.
Anybody tried playing h264 contents in dreamscape player yet could confirm this? Anybody had this problem before? What does it look like? I got MKVs playing in WMP with the MPC Homecinema's standalone codecs. 64bit.

This problem doesn't exist in MPC or WMP12. Which isweird becuase I thought Dreamscene basically uses WMP12?

Thanks for helping guys, this is a bit vital.

Here is a screenshot, the problem blur can be seen at the bottom of the picture, above the toolbar. This occurs everywhere that I keep aspect ratio.
What does this problem look like? guys?

    Examples of the problem:

PS: additionally, I can't access the dreamscene control in win 7077. I can't easilly change the picture position (like stretch, tile, etc)

I don't think there's a dreamscene for windows 7 correct me if I'm wrong but I honestly think the dreamscene (which started in Windows Vista) stopped in developing dreamscenes.
There may be dreamscenes but I think they're all originally from Vista.
