Active Wallpaper

First of all, hi everyone. I was looking if someone knows any software that provides an active wallpaper like the wallpaper of the Android 2.1.

A software that makes the wallpaper to respond to your mouse clicks in it.

It's not exactly the same thing.

But you can make something like this with help of any of those programs:
