    Quick Launch problem

    Hello,

I created a quick launch (Right click on the panel - Toolbar - New toolbar - %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch) and everything works, but sometimes, when I restart, or shut down and then start my PC again, it dissapear and I have to create it again. It happens perhaps 1 of 3 windows starts, but it's shitting me, when I have to create evrytime my quicklaunch and reorganize my icons... Any ideas?

[and sorry for my bad english, it isnt my native language]

Hello Exoomer, and welcome to Seven Forums.

A workaround for this issue with Quick Launch is to create a new folder, copy the contents (shortcuts) of the Quick Launch folder into it, then pinning the new folder to the taskbar instead.

Quick Launch - Enable or Disable

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Hi, thanks for the reply, but this doeasnt help a lot, because you have to open the folder, so it doesn't work as a quciklaunch... So there isn't any posibility to lock the quicklaunch folder?

One workaround is to disable the languagebar (DE od EN or wat ever) in the taskbar.

Not if you pin the folder like you do the Quick Launch folder.
