It's called rocket dock and it's free. There's a whole thread about it under customization.
You'll find it through google. It comes pretty plain but you can drag and drop your icons into it.

Yes I know but that just stores the image, some images posted above have to logon details included. Or are they just very good photos of the screen?

Some screens are manual captures with cameras, some are the actual images and some are screen captures taken from a VM (virtual machine)

Usually POST screen would show up first with a laptop company logo, but now Windows 7 startup appears first instead. Then, the Windows 7 startup screen freezes immediately. What's the problem? Motherboard or corrupted BIOS? Thanks.
