Really Need Help with Custom Desktop Background

My issue is the following. I work for a university and we are trying to put alternating backgrounds on all our pc lab (300pc's). We are getting our wallpapers from one of our local servers.

This are the steps I did:
    1. I created a local account, set it up the way we needed, added the wallpapers (looping every three minutes with shuffle)
    2. Used user profile manager 2.0 to copy the local profile in order to make it the default (so every student could have the same settings)

After we put the pc in our domain, the wallpaper shows black BUT the settings that we initially did on our local account is showing.

I am running out of ideas and this is what is stopping me from using our new pc's. Any suggestions?

I dont really understand what your asking but I'm getting somewhat of an idea..

    1) Make Sure, Flash, Shockwave & Reader are all up to date

    2) Goto Personalize

    3) Click Desktop Background

    4) Click the check box for shuffle, Set time for every shuffle

I Hoped this helped in anyway. :)
