Have key command open a program?
Is there a way to make a key combo open a program?
I want Ctrl+Window Key+Escape to enter a program i downloaded that is similar to the OS X force quit program. It would be useful.

Hello Lloyd,
You can use this to assign a shortcut key to a program. It's the same in Windows 7. It uses CTRL+ALT+(key).
Keyboard Shortcut - Vista Forums
Hope this helps,
Shawn
Thats is pretty good. What would i type in for the windows key, if possible?
AutoHotkey - Free Mouse and Keyboard Macro Program with Hotkeys and AutoText you can also try this. i use it on most of my PCs
How can I hide the icon from the tray?
Lloyd,
If the program doesn't have a option to add or remove it's icon from the tray, then you might see if selecting the Hide icon and notifications in the Notification Area Icon settings may be able to hide it for you.
No use. I already had that. I want to completely remove it.
Give me the path to the program and I will script it for you and get it to you in a few minutes.
C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoHotkey\AutoHotKey.exe
