    Taskbar ICONs & positions

    Greetings,

Is there a way to place icons on the taskbar and keep them stationary, I only have 4 there, but i don't like that when put on taskbar they slide to the left. I have one icon I want to keep in the middle of the taskbar.

    Thank you

    Right click on task bar>properties>lock
It may not work, because the default area is to the left, but give it a try.

    Hope it works.

If you're trying to place the icons on the center of your taskbar, here's a video tutorial on how to center the taskbar icons.
    Hope this helps. :)

Thanks for the reply, I only wish to have one of the 4 icons in the center. I prefer the other 3 to the left.

Thanks, it slid right over to the left. I can't believe I cannot find a way to do this. Coming from Linux, I thought this would be easy as it was there. There has to be a way, I guess another hour or so on Google. Thanks for your suggestion, I do appreciate it.

    Hello Windowsfree,

This may be able to help you place the icons as you wanted them on the tasbar.

I really didn't want them all in the center, but that is better than what I did have.
I will use that for now. Thank you
