No Aero?

Hello everyone, i have a little problem. After restarting my pc log on screen background changed to gray ? and aero is gone too i updated my drivers and everything but still no aero. I can play games, watch movies... weird, right ?

try this, go to ...... ''start / computer / properties (via right click) / advanced system settings / performance''.

under this window make sure all GUI options are enabled..

Thanks for the reply, but everything is already set to best... still no aero.

Of course i did. I tired all aero themes and still no aero... and why is my logon screen gray ?

How did you install windows? Upgrade? clean? Pre installed?? Has it always done it or just started?

Please give more info, at the moment we don't have a clue!!

Well... i use windows 7 ultimate 64bit
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+
6gb ram... what else do you need to know ?

calm down .... & fill out your specs so we have some idea about your H/W.
