If you are talking about the clock along-with the calendar, till now I have no idea . But about notification area icons you are to change some system files to replace them. For example, ActionCenter.dll for systray action center icon, SndVolSSO.dll for volume control icon, etc. These dll's are generally situated in C:\Windows\System32.

In order to replace them, you are to take ownership of the files you are trying to replace. To do that, You may go through the tutorial about Take Ownership of file , or simply add take ownership in your right click menu using the registry files included in the zip :)

After completion, dont forget to post a screenshot of your notification area. And if msmc is Media Center (I guess ) , Look at Changing Media Center Background / Themes .

What is your plan to change the icon pack, sound theme and mouse button ? I mean, how will you apply those ?
