can anyone please tell how to change or add new taskbar to my windows 7? I really, really want it! Maybe if you know, you can give me a link! I searched long time but didn`t found anything, just pictures... (my english isn`t very good)

The tutorial link provided by Fred is really helpful in your case, but I also have something to tell you. If you want the taskbar icons like the first screenshot, follow the tutorial https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...ter-icons.html .
The second screenshot is not a theme at all. It is just a concept; a guesswork by the artist how win7 may look. Made by photoshop or any other similar program.
If you want to place your taskbar in the left side of your screen as shown in the last part of the third screenshot, right click on taskbar, uncheck "lock the taskbar" and drag it to the left..
Thank you Arc, but actually i didn`t found what i need...I just wanted to get another bar like on top of 1st and 3rd samples!

pooly, what theme do you have installed in the opening post? That's exactly what I'm looking for!

I think you are talking about the dock at the top? if so you have two options:
