    The Anuko World Clock works (ZoneTick), but the look is not for me. Better search a bit more.

    Just found a working program, Weather Clock, thanks to Accord from the Neowin forums (see link in above post). Currently using v4.2.

    You guys can close this thread. Problem solved. :)

    I'm using T-clock x64 w/ Win 7 Pro x64, and it works great. No issues.
