? make color on taskbar buttons stay on always

Is there a way to make the colors that appear on the taskbar buttons during mouse over...stay on always.

I see that people have been looking at your thread, albeit no one has offered to help. That may because there doesn't appear to be a solution. Attempt a Google/Bing search and found nothing; nor was there any information here on the forums tutorial section. Sorry couldn't be more helpful. And, BTW welcome to the "Seven Forums."

How to do i make taskbar minimize, and stay like that for mac theme
So i just finished doing my mac theme for my win7 x64 pc. So I put my rocketdock on the bottom of my screen and set my taskbar to minimize but now whenever i go down to my rocketdock taskbar the default one pops up with it! So how do i keep it from un minimizing?

My desktop background color wont stay changed.
