Windows 7: App for changing what appears under "new" context menu?

App for changing what appears under "new" context menu?

I've found some tweakui-type apps for 7, including ContextEdit. But it doesn't have exactly what I want.

I want a simple GUI that lets me see what items appear under "New" when I right click on the desktop or in a folder... and I want to be able to remove them easily.

I already found a registry fix for the briefcase. But do I really have to go fishing through the registry for each possible extension's "Shellnew" entry? Someone must have made an app that does this by now.

edit: ugh, sorry for double post. I can't delete the other. I'm a noob.

Wrong forum? I could have sworn this existed for XP though I don't remember the name.
