Toolbar at top, some apps always start to high

I run the toolbar at the top these days, and sometimes certain apps want to start a bit higher than others, which prevents me from grabbing the top of the window and moving it. Sometimes the apps start at the right height, but not always.

I don't exactly have a fix for you, but I do have a work around. You can simply use your keyboard to move the window.

    • Alt-Tab to the window, or click on it.
    • Press the keys "Alt & Space"
    • Press the key "M"
    • Use the arrow keys to move your window
    • Press enter to stop moving the window.

Note: This won't work if the Window is maximized

Even in xp there was the problem, too. Sometimes some window borders are covered under taskbar. I think there is no general solution for it. But Rightclick on taskbar> lock and rightclick > unlock releases the window buttons for a while
