Looking for Gadgets

I came across this image posted by another user and am really interested in the clock and such located in the bottom corner. I am assuming they are gadgets but have no clue where I could start looking to try and find them.

Looks a little like DarkNovaGamer's wallpaper. Do you remember the thread you found it in & who posted it ?

It was a post by Itachi666 in the Themes thread, I forget the actual thread title. I found the background image but I'm not having any luck finding the gadgets (if they are gadgets).
