    Adjust Gamma bug


    Hy!

    I have a really weird problem with my Win7.
    When I turn on my notebook, my gamma is set to normal. If I adjust it, it works great until I have to turn off my computer. When I turn it back, the gamma calibration is set back to default.
    And this is very annoying, because my monitor is really bright and it hurts my eyes after an hour if the gamma is not adjusted and I don't want to adjust it again after every reboot.

    start > run > msconfig > startup > uncheck igfxpers.exe

Can't change gamma

Hi, i can't change gamma and brightness on my pc, i tried almost every software including windows calibration tool, but results are always the same. Brightness change for 2 seconds and then resets to default settings. I have geforce 260gtx with latest drivers.
So here's the problem...I've been able to adjust gamma, contrast, and brightness via the Win7 calibration utility and via Nvidia control panel. Both do a great job... Unfortunately those game adjustments don't carry over into games, so my gamma and brightness have to constantly be adjusted in...
Gamma resets on reboot

I use the Display Color Calibration program in W7 to get my monitor's gamma down. It was working great until two or three days ago, but it now resets itself on reboot, every reboot. I've had this problem before and it was related to igfxpers.exe, but that is not among my startup items and thus...
So I just received a new laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon 4250 with Windows 7 x64 and I really enjoy Windows 7 so far. I had an issue before where everything appeared oversaturated so I fiddled with some color settings but nothing fixed it. I reset everything to Catalyst defaults and restarted....
Gamma Issue
in Graphic Cards

I have an issue on my 7260 build (and a few before it) with my gamma. When I change the wallpaper from the personalize screen (I usually just r click a pic in my folder and apply it tho)....8 out of 10 times my gamma goes wacky. I have to log off and back on for it to correct itself. Any ideas?
