can someone do this for me?

hi guys, could someone please do this for me i want the back of this image made transparent? (Attached below) and could also i need in white text and black boarder with a transparent background "stillfreefilms" in size 14 text.

could some one please do this for me?

edit: would it be possible to make the image (the train) a little smaller? i am using it as a watermark for a videos.

I always use the free Paint.NET or GIMP. I've used Paint.NET for this

The picture on the right has the bigger train.
