Alternately shaded lines in Windows Explorer

Is there a way to make the way Windows Explorer display files in a list with shaded line just like in iTunes 9?

Looks like Ballmer has MESSED up again!!! Am I upset with changing Windows into APPLE, YES! The vertical Lines in Windows Explorer was one of, if not, the Best feature of Windows navigation! This is my Opinion and Apparently of most of the Non-apple users.
