Hi raul, I can help you in changing explorer icon .
First , Browse to C:\Windows\Explorer.
Next,, right click on it, Select properties (at the bottom of the context menu). The Exlorer Properties window will appear.

In the window, click on the icons tab, click on change icon button, browse to the location where is the icon sought to be replaced with is located, select it and apply it.

But my suggestion to you that it is wise to have a Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup before entering such customizations so that in need we can easily get our things back.
