    windows color and appearance


    i was wondering how i could change something in the control panel
    mine currently looks like

http://img811.imageshack.us/img811/9348/36751830.png Uploaded with ImageShack.us can anybody tell me why my windows color and appearance looks like that? Everytime i try to change my theme, i stick with the same ol windows taskbar color. And only the background changes.
