Gif file on Avatar not moving?

I successfuly converted the flash file to .gif format but it is not moving when I put it on my avatar. But here inside the message area, the graphic is moving.

What seems to be the problem?

It does a bit I don't know, what do you think would be a decent size? I just think its a bit small at the moment.
