ive recently created my own avatar and resize it to 600X200 pixel, but when i uploaded it it became small. any reason?

That's because you're uploading it to your SevenForums' profile, if you upload it to ImageShack and then 'upload' to SevenForums using that ImageShack URL, it will resize it according to your forum profile restrictions. For a user with a 'Skilled' badge, the limit is 600x100px.

This link in your post that I've quoted here is hosted on ImageShack, the image in your sig is hosted on SevenForums.
