Custom Made Sig and Avatar [3]

If anybody feels like making me a sig I'd appreciate it:)
I have a pretty good idea what images and script I'd want on it.
Should I post my wishes here or wait until someone offers to do it and talk through PM messages?

Well I was thinking of a deco look (but am open to suggestion) with my name across the centre top.
Under that my owl avatar.
Under that the quote "Je suis Marxiste, tendance Grouch". In a scroll or something.
Then a picture of Karl's head on the left end and Groucho's on the right.
