Windows 7 Home 64, Vista Ultimate 64

If you turn on the "recent programs" feature in Classic Shell, you will be able to use Win, 1/2/3/4/5 to access the last 5 programs. So Win, 1 will always run the last program (you press Win, release, then press 1)

Windows logo key on keyboard not bringing up the windows start menu
So the windows key on my keyboard for some reason just stopped working which is a pain. ctrl+esc still opens the menu. But I'd like the shortcut back. - I have checked the regedt32 - currentcontrolset etc and have no scanmap file in there so I know I never turned it off. Thanks in advance.
