Is there a Divvy for Windows?

I just wanted to follow up to say Divvy for Windows has officially released: Divvy · Window management at its finest.

We just released the beta version of windy, which now has taken a new route from divvy. But still has the goody tiles for resizing. You will find windy doing much more.
