Is there a Divvy for Windows?

Even if you've never owned a MAC before, take a look at the video presentation on this website

Divvy · Window management at its finest.

It's certainly a very bright idea. Is there something that has the same function for Windows?

    Hi fatedquest,

I'm sure you know about Aero Snap, but did you know it can be controlled with keyboard shortcuts instead of clicking and dragging from the title bar? In any open window, press [Win]+[up, down, left, or right arrow] and it will snap to the corresponding screen edge. I realize it's not quite the same as Divvy, which is very cool, but a lot of people aren't aware of the keyboard shortcuts for Aero Snap.

    Hope that helps!

    Cheers,

I'm Steve with Mizage, makers of Divvy. We're actually producing an official Windows port of Divvy that should be released this year. Stay tuned...

You just right-click the tray icon, click Settings, and the hotkey is on the right.

It just says None because the developer didn't see far enough ahead to change the tooltip if no hotkey was set. Regardless, a great program.

I was already thinking I'm like Homer Simpson asking "Where's the Any key?".

Thanks for the tip, I want to test this app.
