What's that gadget/app?

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone knows what a certain app/gadget is, it might even be a different os' feature for all I know, it sits on the desktop and says the date and then tells you everything will be alright for now, for example;

"The time is 10:09 in the morning on Friday, the 28th of May.
The year is 2010, and everything will be alright for now"

If anyone can help out that'd be great, and sorry if this is an obvious question.

could use a ton more info. where did you see it? what does it look like, etc
