Drop Down Command Terminal

Does anyone know if there is a windows version yakuake, the drop down terminal for linux. Take a look at this pic.

Ok, I didn't see it thanks. But I still would like more info on hotkeys. The internet is kind of shit for very basic info, does anyone know where you could find books, pdf's etc. Thanks for the reply.
