Delete on Win7 explorer toolbar

I want to add New folder and Delete buttons and to remove all the other items (include in, share with, burn, print).
I use very small windows and I want these two buttons on the very left side of the toolbar.

I tried some registry customizations by reading but it went wrong. I could not manage to put those two on the toolbar as the way I wanted.

I use win 7 home pre. 32 bit. Thanks in advance.
