So...lots of Explorer issues. Fixable?

    So how would I go about doing a repair? Since this computer was bought prebuilt, I'm at the mercy of the moronic companies who think not giving an install disc is a good idea.

    a) run > sfc /scannow

    This will identify any faulty system files.

    b) Make a system repair disc. (See "Create a system repair disc" in Windows Help) Unless your manufacturer's messed up this should be possible without an installation disc.
