No, dude, what you need to do is this:

My Computer (properties)>Advanced System Settings>Advanced Tab>Performance>settings. Then select best performance.

Thanks, but I don't download those leaked builds, there are leaks like weekly, I'm not wasting all my bandwidth downloading win 7 20 times over with a few builds higher each time.

@xJason - Uh, I don't think you got my problem. That wouldn't solve it.

@ClericX - What do you mean? are you trying to change it to classic? If so, yes, thats the best way.

I'm not trying to change the effects to classic, I'm trying to change the visual style to classic.... Which doesn't seem to work, it just reverts to aero.. ><

ClericX - xJason is giving you the easy to do what you want. I hadn't thought about doing this way until he indicated the easy way of changing to the classic mode. Just did it and it worked fine; although not sure why you want to be in classic mode (forget had awful it looked...sorry).

    OMG WOOOOOOT!

    Thx so much xJason x3!

I actually tried it and i made my skin classic, perfect!

I'm not sure why I can't just click classic skin in the theme changing interface, but this will do until I can fix it somehow.

    Thanks guys.
