Wallpaper isn't good!

    Personally, I'd avoid using paint. Its probably only good for taking and saving screenshots IMO.

    I'd recommend either paint.net
    Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing
    or Gimp
    GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
    Both work a treat.

    I've only just started trying to do anything at all with PS within the last week, without reading any help menus or tutorials. And I hadn't had my coffee yet either.
