    Desktop Icon Spacing

First off let me state that this is over 2 different accounts on the same computer. The Icon Spacing for Vertical and Horizontal are the same. Although the icon size on the 2nd account is set to medium instead of small that doesn't seem to change where it goes(it is there when set to small icons as well). I can make the icon go lower on the screen if I turn off 'Align to Grid' but I like it that way more.

My problem is I can't make my icons go lower on the screen than shown in the 2nd picture.

This is my main account, how I want the 2nd one to look.

This is the 2nd account, compare to the 1st picture

I've done a few searches and fiddled around with it and can't seem to get it down there. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is the Last.fm icon the only other icon on the desktop and, if so, does it need to be there? My guess is that the two icons are being aligned so wherever the Last.fm icon (or any other icon in isolation) is, the Bin will be in line with it (or vice versa if you moved the Last.fm icon).

There are plenty of other icons on the screen, when I move the last.fm icon the recycling bin still won't go down.

I just noticed this is only a problem when I have my 2nd monitor activated, it lines up fine with just the primary monitor.
My secondary is to my left and not to the right as well. [2nd] [1st]

Then you have me equally baffled I'm afraid! Looks like a job for the graphics card boys rather than us customization guys.

Ah oh well, It's under my moms profile and she hardly ever uses both monitors. Thanks for your help anyway.
