    Welcome to the forum,

With libraries, you are only adding a location for it to look for your items.

Libraries don't store info they just point to it, that being said,

here's a tutorial to add folders to a library,

    Library - Include a Folder

And here's one to remove a folder from your old one,

Library - Remove a Included Folder

    An easier way

I appreciate the answer, and I understand the concept. However, I had 38 gig of info to reinstall and don't want to spend the rest of my life reorganizing it. I just want to be able to put it all the way I had it in "My Documents" in Windows XP and be able to rearrange it simply and quickly.

So, I figured out that if I re-create the folders I want in my C Drive, I can, not only drag and drop to copy, but move folders and individual files also by dragging and dropping. Much easier, and I know exactly where to look for what I want.

And just for old time's sake, I named my folder "My Documents".
