    How do I create another taskbar?


    I want one with the start button which I already got but I wanna get another one on top... how?

    ObjectDock , link Given by Derek .

    Click on Configure Dock, In Docklets tab, add a Start Menu Launcher .

    Or, Place it anywhere in your desktop . Just double click on it, to open the start menu, but it will open with task bar .
