How do I create another taskbar?

    How do I create another taskbar?


    I want one with the start button which I already got but I wanna get another one on top... how?

    Click on Configure Dock, In Docklets tab, add a Start Menu Launcher .

    Or, Place it anywhere in your desktop . Just double click on it, to open the start menu, but it will open with task bar .

Cannot create new taskbar toolbar

I've had Windows 7 for about 10 Days.One of the first things I did was create a quick launch section on the task bar. Had about 8 icons in this quick launch and everything worked fine for about 5 days.Then the quick launch area on the tool bar just vanished. The rest of the tool bar is still there...
i want a second taskbar with links to my folders on the top of the screen but i can't figure it out, anyone help. i can create a new toolbar by right clicking on the bottom taskbar but i can't drag out the contents to the top.
