Can anybody help me install the second taskbar and put it on the left or top side of the desktop the way it can be done with Win XP? It's possible to create a new taskbar but if you want to move it, it moves together with the Main taskbar. How shall I solve this issue?

Had about 8 icons in this quick launch and everything worked fine for about 5 days.Then the quick launch area on the tool bar just vanished. The rest of the tool bar is still there...
