I can not register my mark on DIGITALPERSONA 2.0  

good morning:
I have a consulate on the fingerprint reader (fringerprint) from microsoft in windows 7:

I comment, install digitalpersona 2.0 to perfection but when I enter the program
to register my fingerprints did not detect any trace and I get a little sign at the bottom right with a question mark.

hi braian123, sorry for the delay in your post being answered , try these drivers Digital Persona Fingerprint Reader Software HP HDX X16T-1100 CTO Premium Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English) you must use the vista drivers , install them in compatibility mode Compatibility Mode alot of people have not been able to get it working using win7 drivers but have had success with the vista drivers, hope this helps you

braian123, is the fingerprint reader inbuilt into the laptop or is it a USB device ,if so can you tell us the manufacturer/model we may be able to help you better if we have all the relevant information
