Can't install drivers on Admin account?

There's one account on my new Dell Inspiron 15r: My administrator.

But when I try to install the drivers to use my TASCAM US-122MKII audio mixer, it says I need an administrator account to install drivers.

Anybody know how I can fix this? Thanks!

    Welcome

If it were my account, I would verify that it is really an administrator account and not one in name only.

If it is an administrator account make sure it has all the proper permissions.

How many drives do you have?

I've made sure it's an administrator.
What do I do to edit the permissions?

I have full permissions set for administrators, and one drive.

Create a new administrator account and see if it works there, can be a corrupted account.

Are you going to the website and downloading the drivers from there?

I have a CD that came with the hardware used to install the drivers.

Try going to the website and get the driver from there, it should work.

If you used the CD, the drivers should be installed, check to see if they are installed, per the device manager.
