Yes, yo're infected with something. If you don't have it start with this,

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Reviews and free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware downloads at Download.com

If that doesn't find or get rid of it grab Hijackthis,

    HijackThis - Trend Micro USA

and then go to one of the forums listed here on the left,

    AnalyzeThis

and post the log from it at one of them. There are a couple of people here more than qualified to read and help with thoe logs, but this forum isn't set up for it and that is not why they are here.

ok guys the other one is c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\appdata\local\ufimulop anyone know what this is ??
This could also be a form of spyware/botware. You might also want to do a search with Spybot S&D.

Another useful tool is to do a search with Ccleaner. It is an extremely useful tool to get rid of temp files which this could very well be. Just make sure that you go into settings and under advanced options, uncheck the do not delete 48 hour temp files. Then you can do a registry sweep with this also.

Let us know how these scans turn out,
    Ben
