    Why are you asking?

This is way too complex, I'd search for a BIOS guide, and go through each setting, there is no way to just roll out a BEST configuration here. (within reason)
Your motherboard manual is a good starting point, but I can't even understand a lot of it, with the typical lack of explanations.

Guide search wise, note which BIOS is used when the PC boots up; Phoenix, Award, AMI?

Found this: Maximum PC | Ultimate BIOS Guide: Every Setting Decrypted and Explained!

    Enjoy!

    If nothing else will do:
There are 3rd parties that sell customized BIOS', I have never used one, but since that is not a new PC, you might run across those, and maybe that could be what you want, I think typically $30.

    I completely agree with Faladu.

You should not make changes to your BIOS settings unless you know what the changes will do and why you need them.

If you do not know what the various BIOS settings are for, then the BIOS defaults are the optimized settings best for most normal installations.

Read - Understand - then Act.
