The card worked perfectly in Vista and XP. I am looking for the 64 bit driver for this puppy.

Edit:
I ran the Drivermax Identification process and found this

Looking here, I think you're out of luck. Did you try the XP driver in compatibility mode and admin mode?

Yeah, I ran across that and I thought I was out of luck.

How can I install the driver in compatibility and admin mode as you've prescribed?

I'm a huge noob to windows 7 and I'd appreciate all the directions I can get.

Thank you again.

Took me a while to figure this out but here it is if you or anyone like u and me can't get this stupid thing working.

searched for the RALINK RT61 driver for Windows 7 in google and came up with this file and it worked for me. Another manufacturer for the same hardware go figure but just so happens they actually kept up their drivers for newer OS unlike Airlink.

Download Railink RT2561/RT2661/RT2500 (RT61) Driver v.1.2.8.0/2.1.6.0/3.0.1.0 | Catalog - X-DRIVERS.COM: eXtremly full software portal

I downloaded the driver listed above but I still can't figure out how to get the AWLH3025 to work. I installed the driver and checked device manager, and the "Network Controller" is still listed without a driver so I tried having it automatically search for newer software and it couldn't find anything. Where does Ralink install it's files so I can force device manager to search for driver software there? I tried C:\Program Files\RALINK\ but that is an empty directory.

Thanks!

Found a fix! Awlh3025!

OK so i figured this all OUT! AWLH3025!

if you still have the installation disc to your device, insert it into your disc drive(do not run the cd software it will not run with windows 7). Instead leave the disc in your drive.
Next go to the start button and right click computer to the right of the start menu
click on manage!
next go to device manager
look for your Network devices
right click it and look for on option Update driver software
click on the option that says BRowse my computer
browse for the cd on my computer
go the folder that says driver and it should open up and give you a xp folder(highlight it by clicking on it )
once you do that press ok and next on the browse window
and it should install the driver and work properly thats the way i did it and if you have further questions email me directly [email protected]
