    Welcome to the Forum.

    Without knowing a bit more information like what model number your Epson is, you might want to go to the Epson Support site to see if they have updated drivers so your machine will work with Win 7.

    did you know with the new epson drivers in order to start the scanner you need to goto your programs list find epson then open the epson fax and scan program first?

    we just got a new one a t work we had trouble starting the scanner too
