nevermind.. im trying to solve this problem by myself..if still cant, maybe i have to call dell centre to help me up..thx guys..

ifs got any info about my problem..please let me know..thank you..

just a quick one to say

a) you are not alone...
from what I've read (dozens of articles across the web and many forums, affecting different models on several platforms...)

b) sadly, there doesn't appear to be a known solution....

absence of solutions and support from concerned parties (NVIDIA, Intel, Dell) sorely noticed
