Someone must know how I can fix my disc drive?

    No need to pay anybody. If we do not succeed to fix it here, you should go back to Dell and have them fix it. Since your system is pretty new, it should still be under warrenty.

    Hmm I did the troubleshooting and it didnt have any issues in the sound/dvd section but when I scanned the devices it says there was a problem. I viewed the additional info and it said ''windows configured to never install drivers' then went on to say issue not found next to it. wtf.

    Im a bit pissed off since my drive is pretty important for me. Im trying to finish a film project for college
