Sound card no dirvers for win 7 ???

I recently installing win 7 and everything was working great but then my onboard sound failed to work and i even tried it in other os's and the same things happend. So i went and picked up a cheap sound card which was a Soundblaster PCI 128.

Sadly I cant find any drivers for my windows 7, yet both xp and ubuntu will run the card no problem. Is there anyway I can get this card to work with windows 7 at all ?

Onboard sound is likely disabled in the BIOS if it was working before. The PCI128 is an ancient holdover from Ensoniq and hasn't gotten driver updates in almost a decade.

i checked the bios and it was on when it broken down. I get the same results on every os i try which is it finds the sound on the onboard sound but i get no sound at all and the volume on the os's and they were all up to max.
