    Cannot Connect to Internet?

I currently just installed the Windows 7 Beta. After installing it i tried to connect to the internet and it would not detect a connection. My modem was connected to the computer by an ethernet cable. I have a 2WIRE 2701 HG-D modem and a 2WIRE 802.11g wireless USB adapter and both of them cannot be detected by windows 7. I was wondering if there is a driver i can download that will enable me to connect to the internet. Can someone please help me.

    Welcome to Seven Forums
Have you tried unplugging th usb wireless adapter then restarting to see if windows will recognize your wired connection? Sometime there can be a conflict ending in no connection for either one. lm

    Hi XxCovertAcexX,

You could possibly try getting hold of a copy of the office RC, build 7100. It has a much MUCH larger driver database & could solve your issue. Up to build 7068 I had to manually install my wireless driver for my laptop, now i get the connection screen before hte desktop has even been set up.

    Might be worth a try

P.S by posting here you do at least have access to the net, hopefully some1 might be able to download the RC from Microsoft for you
