imrishav, have you read and followed the steps in the tutorial I posted for you Drivers - Turn Off Automatic Driver Installation ? following this useful guide will enable you to stop the automatic installation of the onboard graphics driver, thus enabling us to help you get your Nvidia card working correctly

You may need to install as Administrator:
Right click the install.exe and choose "run as administrator".

i have done all the things listed but still it doesn't work....i think this utility thing is the main reason of the problem...can't i get the whole cd on nvidia online with windows 7 driver??

no..i don't know exactly...
...i am fed up this problem...thanks for all the help..just one last help is their any problem when the screen flickers and will High graphics game will work correctly...thanks again
