    Modem driver needed


    Hoping to get some help finding a driver for my internal mdem. It is a us robotics usr789t-c for windows 7. Appreciate any help given.

    Have you tried USR? USRobotics New OS compatibility including Windows 7, Vista, 2003 and XP

    Yes, I did. I can't find usr789t-c on there. I know there is a driver for this modem cause I used it just 3 weeks ago so I know 1 exists.

    Yes, I did. I can't find usr789t-c on there. I know there is a driver for this modem cause I used it just 3 weeks ago so I know 1 exists.
    I found a reference to your number "usr789t-c" which states that your modem is actually a: usr5699b (not x64 compatible)

    How did that help bruinator? I tried the XP & the Vista drivers, neither would install under Win 7 Home Premium period.

    I just installed Win 7 x64 on my old XP Pro x64 machine & this USR 5699b fax modem is the only hardware that didn't/won't install. Worst is I need the modem for Faxes in my business.
